Located in Fufeng County, Baoji, Shaanxi Province, Famen Temple was established during the Eastern Han Dynasty and boasts a history of over 1,700 years. Famous for housing the sacred Finger Bone Relic of Sakyamuni Buddha, it is revered as the "Ancestor of Pagodas and Temples in Guanzhong" and a premier royal temple of the Tang Dynasty.
