Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions governs the relationship between customers (“you”) and Xian Tour (“we”, “our” and “us”). By booking a tour or purchasing any other related services of Xian Tour, you acknowledge that you read, understand and agree to comply with and be bound by all contents of these terms and conditions. If you book tours for others, you agree that you inform them the terms and conditions and have authority to accept it on behalf of them. Xian Tour reserve right to modify the content of Terms and Conditions anytime wholly or partly without notice.

1.Price and Quotation

  • All the prices published on xiantour.net is in US Dollar (USD). Prices are subject to change on the website with or without notice in advance.
  • Quotations from Xian Tour are in US Dollar (USD) or Chinese Yuan (CNY). Quotation in other currency is available and should be agreed by travel consultants of Xian Tour. Quotation in your preferred currency based on exchange from our quotation in USD on your own is not accepted.

      2.Reservation & Delivery

      For online bookings, your reservation is confirmed after you paid for it successfully and we received your booking notification email. You must be an individual, 18 years of age or older. After you place an order, the electronic confirmation voucher will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours upon completion of payment. Please check your inbox and spam folder timely. We shall not be liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect email information provided by you.

      3.Service Modification

      You agree that the nature of travel contains indeterminacy factors and permit reasonable modification on the tour service regarding itinerary, schedule, accommodation, transportation, activities or other relative services. You acknowledge and understand that we may be forced to apply the alternation due to out-of-control elements, or unforeseen circumstances, or the operational concerns, or unsafe factors threatening your health, comfort, the tour activities’ completion or further similar reasons.

      For the tour with the described reasons that cannot be provided as planned, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide possible proper alternative. If the alternative arrangements could not be provided by us, we would provide you refund. However, we will not be liable for the loss of the change caused by your reason or force majeure factors.

      If you decide to change or modify the confirmed tour after your reservation or after your tour starts, we will try best to help do the amendment but provide no guarantee. The extra cost occurred during the tour amendment as per your requirement must be covered by yourself. Xian Tour will not be responsible for any additional cost due to your reason.

      4.Cancellation Policy

      We would regret if you have to cancel your trip, but we understand that there are many valid reasons stopping you to do the tour. The following policy would be applied for your booking after we receive your written cancellation requirement by email. Please be aware that oral cancellation by phone or social tools like WhatsApp or WeChat would not be acknowledged.

      Cancellation fee charged by Xian Tour:

      Cancellation received 48 hours prior to your tour departure
      No cancellation fee
      Cancellation within 48 hours prior to your tour departure or No-show
      No refund


      For tours involving services provided by the third-party like airlines, hotels, rail companies, cruise companies, theaters, parks, and so on, after receiving your cancellation notification, our travel consultant will contact the third-party providers to assess the loss and advise you of the relative cancellation fees (specially for the third party’s service).

      For certain tours, a specific cancellation policy might be applied according to exact conditions. You will be informed by our travel consultant before the booking confirmation.

      5.Refund Policy

      After the cancellation assessment finished, our travel consultant will issue the refund application and submit to our financial apartment. The refund will be processed in 7-15 working days.

      The refund would be processed via the original payment method used for the transaction.

      6.Travel Documents Required

      The valid passport and Chinese visa are the required documents as they are important parts for the China tour preparation. If your passport or visa has not been applied yet or it is due to expire, please apply or update it as soon as possible, at least 6 months ahead of your travel date. It should be the responsibility of customers and Xian Tour should be free from any responsibility for failure to getting the documents or anything like that.

      7.Travel Health Required

      If you have a medical condition, or if you are pregnant and considering travel, you must consult with your doctor before you travel, especially if medical condition requires daily routine care, urgent care, or your pregnancy is high-risk. You are responsible for disclosing any related information to us during the check-out process by adding special comments. You understand Xian Tour is not in a position to provide any medical services or urgent care in the event such an action may be required. You are liable for any risks, incidences or consequences incurred during travel. We highly recommend that you purchase medical insurance and travel insurance before you travel.

      8.Travel Insurance

      Xian Tour strongly recommends you acquire insurance covering medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. We do not currently offer travel insurance except for some tours with special mention of insurance. We shall be exempt from any liability in the event of an accident resulting in, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, delays, irregularities or other occurrences beyond its control. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. We suggest that due to the Cancellation Policy for your tour and the unexpected events that can possibly occur, your party would benefit from purchasing Travel Insurance for your reservation.

      9.Governing Law

      These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China,excluding conflict of laws rules.Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights conferred by the legislation of your country of residence within the European Economic Area, which cannot be waived by contract.
